
Beyoncé on Friday expressed her support for Hillary Clinton as the next president of the United States. The music super star stated her reason for the support for Hillary, saying; “I want my daughter to grow up seeing a woman lead our country, and knowing that her possibilities are limitless.”
Beyoncé’s voice in support for Hillary for the White House was joined by that of her husband’s, the iconic rapper Jay Z. On his part, the rapper said; “This other guy, I don’t have any ill-will, he cannot be my president. He cannot be our president. Once you divide us, you weaken us; we are stronger together. And without further ado, I would like to introduce to you, the next president of the United States, Mrs. Hillary Clinton.
The delighted Hillary who is having a tough battle with her contender for the White House, Donald Trump, quoted Jay Z’s words in his 2008 performance in support for Barack Obama. “And remember, Jay memorably said something we should recall: Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther could walk. And Martin Luther walked so Barrack Obama could run. Barrack Obama ran so all the children could fly.” Hillary told the audience.
