Preparing your own facial mask can be quite easier than you might imagine. Follow me as I give you different mask recipes with ‘easy to get’ ingredients.
Facial Mask For dry skin
- 1. Avocado mask: Mash the pulp of a ripe avocado and apply it all over your face and throat. Allow it to sit for 10 minutes; then rinse with lukewarm water. Avocado is packed full of proteins and amino acids. It will leave your skin feeling smooth like silk.
- Protein mask: Beat one egg white, apply it to your face and throat. Leave on for 15 minutes and then rinse off. Give yourself a nourishing treat, good for dry and sensitive skin.
Facial Mask For Oily and Combination skin
- Banana mask: Mash a ripe banana in a bowl; add a tablespoon of honey and a few drops of orange or lemon juice. Mix ingredients to form a paste. Apply and leave on face for 15 minutes; then rinse with warm water. Banana calms your skin while the acids from the orange lemon juice, removes dry, flaky skin. This mask can also be used for aging skin.
