Pop and soul singer, Adele, on Sunday night, won 5 awards. These are five out of the overall 84 awards given to great and brightest music artist across the globe at the 59th Grammy Awards.
She beat Beyoncé and others to win the Album of the Year. She also beat her to win Record of the Year. Again, defeated others including Beyoncé to win Song of the Year.
Her popular album, 25, won her Album of the Year. Hello gave her the Record of the Year.
Hello also won her Song of the Year.
Other wins by her includes Best Pop Vocal Album given to her by the same album, 25, and Best Pop Solo Performance delivered to her by Hello.
Beyoncé’s Lemonade however won her the Best Urban Contemporary Album, and her song, Formation, got her Best Music Video.
Chance the Rapper is the second biggest winner of the night with three trophies. He is the Best New Artist winner.
Adele now has a total of 15 trophies from Grammy, out of 18 nominations while Beyonce has a total of 22 trophies from Grammy, out of 62 Nominations.
